Novotel London Waterloo

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that the location couldn't be better. It's right next to all the main sights, making it super convenient to explore the city. The service at this place is exceptional. The staff not only made me feel welcome, but they went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. From room service to dry cleaning, they had it all covered. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. The amenities provided in the room, such as the mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities, added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. the hospitality and kindness of the staff made this hotel a great choice for me.

All in all, I can only recommend this hotel. This place is a must-stay for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They were very helpful with recommendations and made our experience enjoyable. the location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was close to major attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city.

One aspect that was a bit disappointing was the mix-up with our room. We had booked twin beds but were given a double instead.

Great location near popular attractions and public transportation. the promotional offer of a discount on a second room for families was a good deal. Clean rooms and good bathroom facilities with good water pressure. the breakfast spread had a variety of options and was enjoyable.

The check-in process was disappointing with a delay in receiving the second room. the second room had a broken AC/heater, which was inconvenient.

The availability of a fridge in the room was a bonus for keeping my drinks cold. Although the sofa bed was a bit small for two adults, we all slept comfortably. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable amenities.
